CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

CORE.AI SCIENTIFIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED provides innovative software solutions and consultancy services globally. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are managed for our offerings.

Definitions

• Personal Use: Use of our services for non-commercial activities adhering to fair use guidelines.
• Commercial Use: Use of our services to generate income which requires a subscription.
• Fair Use: Legal use of our services that does not infringe on system resources or the rights of others.

LICENSE USAGE

Single-User License: Each commercial license is for single-user or entity use only. Sharing the license with multiple users without prior permission is a breach of terms and may result in license cancellation without a refund.

SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICES (SaaS)

Free for Personal Use: Selected software offered by CORE.AI SCIENTIFIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is available at no cost for non-commercial activities applicable only to software specifically designated as free.

Commercial Subscription:

• Trial Period: A 14-day free trial is available for evaluating our software for business purposes.
• Subscription Cancellation:
• Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time; no refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions once billed.
• Annual Subscriptions: Can be cancelled with a full refund within the first 30 days. If cancelled after the trial period a one-month charge will be deducted from the refund.

CONSULTATION SERVICES

Booking and Cancellation: Consultation services must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of booking to receive a full refund. After this period cancellations are only permitted if the job status is "not started." No cancellations are allowed once the job has commenced.

CONTRACT-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY

Special Provisions: Each contract may have its own cancellation policy detailed on the orders page. Such policies take precedence over the general cancellation terms stated here.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Highlighting Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy will be clearly highlighted before checkout to ensure customers are fully informed prior to completing transactions.

Payment Processing with Stripe:

• Secure Transactions: Transactions are processed securely through Stripe complying with PCI DSS standards.
• Tax Compliance: Stripe calculates and remits taxes automatically ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the refund request.
